The applicant must be actively enrolled in a university or a fresh graduate.

The Rawabi Internship Initiative guarantees that the participant gains skill sets and work ethics thereby increasing their chances of full time employment post-graduation. And we have had some interns who have been offered a full time employment at Rawabi, but the Initiative does not guarantee an employment opportunity.

Priority is given to current students and recent graduates (one year or less)

Each year, the careers in our Exhibit change according to the studies made all year long, the aim of displaying those careers is to give the visitor an overview of the available careers, traditional and untraditional, and present a live example of people with those careers in the kingdom.

The exhibit is open for all (ages +12) during operating hours without prior registry. However, in order to attend the featured workshops and success stories you must register. 

The targeted audience of Rawabi Talent Exhibit is:

- Highschool and University students (ages 16-24)

- Saudis and Non-Saudis

- Confused youth who are still un-decisive about their future career path

The Rawabi Talent Exhibit is open to the previously mentioned audience and their families (ages 12 and above).

 No, Rawabi Talent Exhibit runs in certain periods of time announced in our website, facebook page, and thru twitter.

The aim of the exhibit is to educate high school and college students about different careers and opportunities and interact with experts who can discuss the day to day life of individuals in such careers. There are no companies offering jobs in the exhibit. However, Rawabi offered different internship programs to university students and graduates and coop programs required by the universities

RTE is a public event that provides an interactive experience for high school and college students to learn about different careers and opportunities and interact with experts who can discuss the day to day life of individuals in such careers. It also hosts several activities and events that inspire and guide students toward a more directed future plan. This initiative is organized by the Rawabi CSR team but is heavily dependent on company as well as community volunteers who share their expertise and experience with our youth.
